If you receive a scholarship, 维德谷学院 will use those
funds to cover your expenses and any oustanding balances first. If
there are remaining funds, those can be requested by contacting the
BURSAR's office and requesting a refund.

When a donation intended for use as a scholarship is received by the Foundation, 基金会工作人员将通过审查已知的捐献人规定和适用的条例来评估捐赠的有效性.

The Foundation’s standard criteria for scholarships is:
- Funds may be used only for tuition, 书, 费用 and supplies related to their major at 维德谷学院.
- No advances for expenses will be made directly to the student.
- Reimbursement to students requires a receipt demonstrating an approved use of the funds.

The establishment of a Scholarship Fund, which is intended to receive multiple donations from one or more donors, 须填写基金设立表格及奖学金标准表格，并须经基金会执行委员会批准，方可接受存款. All Funds managed by the Foundation are subject to the Foundation’s Stewardship 政策.

支付 & 解散
该基金会是维克多谷学院学生使用的奖学金的主要储存库. In an effort to demonstrate a respect for the donor’s intent, maintain compliance with regulatory agencies and respond to financial needs of students, 本政策将管理维克多谷学院地区基金会持有的奖学金的发放和解散.
The following criteria must be met for disbursement of scholarship funds:

- The Scholarship 支付 request must bear the original signature of the student.

- Reimbursement requests must include an original receipt or like documentation.

- A deadline imposed by a donor passes
- The student becomes ineligible for the award based on criteria set by the donor
